Some basics: Cervical and axillary lymph node is not considered enlarged until its diameter exceeds 1.0 cm; tumor bearing nodes are firm, contender, and non movable (matted or fixed to the skin or underlying structures). I wonder if nodes you mentioned is actually located right above the clavicle or on the lower neck. Supraclavicular node deserves extra attention.
