It should not be a problem if you are pain free and you are able to enjoy the act. Your surgical wounds (internal or external) should be well organized after 4 weeks.

Wait at least 2 more weeks to heal and then get examined by the surgeon to see if it is completely healed before inserting anything in the vagina, specially if the surgery was vaginal. clitoral stimulation should be OK
