If this a typical benign lipoma that is not causing you any problems, it might be prudent to wait until after you deliver to perform the surgery, even though it surely can be done during the pregnancy.

Unless growing fast or causing local symptoms best to have it addressed after delivery. Talk to Obs and your PCP as well to weigh in into proper timing for intervention.
