There : There are a few syndromes associated with multiple lipomas. I would recommend you see a dermatologist for careful history and evaluation and to determine if you are at risk for other findings. However, in the absence of other findings, multiple lipomas are fairly common. There is also a syndrome called dercum's with multiple painful lipomas. Read more about lipomas at the link below. Not unusual: Lipoma s are not uncommon.
Liposarcomas are less common.
Other cancers are generally unrelated!
