Marijuana can be found in the blood tests up to 90 days later and hair samples up to 6 months. The more important question is what damage may have been done during those first 14 weeks to the babies rapidly developing body and brain. Studies show that babies whose mothers used drugs during pregnancy are at higher risk of developmental delays and behavioral issues.

If I have reason to look or you are on a CFS watch list & studies are required, I can find evidence of any drug exposure after about 12 weeks. If you don't draw attention of the staff or your doc they won't look. Any exposure to this smoke after birth can increase risk of crib death among other medical issues.
