I recently had an episode of status epilepticus, i have a history of epilepsy first diagnosed in march. after i was discharged from the hospital, i've been feeling symptoms of vertigo but also extreme nausea to the point where i can't eat or drink?

You have not listed your medications but most likely you are having adverse reactions and/ or anti-epileptic medication toxicity. Get blood tests and work closely with your doc. Do NOT drive, use power equipment, or do activities at heights
