See your doctor: Pregnancy tests are very sensitive, so you should be reassured that your test is negative. However, your symptoms may be due to another medical problem. Without more details, I would recommend you see your primary care doctor.

Nexplanon: The pregnancy rate for nexplanon is very low. With a negative pregnancy test the likelihood of a pregnancy is also very low. The symptoms you describe can all be related to side effects of the nexplanon. Is this a relatively new method of contraception for you? If so, the symptoms should improve as you become more adjusted to it. If long time, perhaps a different method would work better for you.
