My son says he has a varicocele it hurts when he overthinks it but when he stops thinking about it he has no pain and when he has to poop he says it hurts but i felt no bumps anywhere on him and his testies are normal size what could it be?

I'm unsure of your son's age. Since varicoceles can interfere with sperm quality, I recommend having a urologist examine and advise him.

You are 21- how old could your son be?. He cant diagnose a varicocele and chances are he does not have one. best to have him checked by a Urologist
