My 16 year old daughter had ecg test done she was having symptoms of dizzness and feeling faint and feeling sick like the ecg test showed possible right atrial enlargement otherwise normal ecg what does this mean ?

There may be a cardiac condition, including post COVID-19 syndrome. The heart function should be evaluated and an ECHO may be helpful in determining the cause. Pulmonary hypertension and a Pulmonary embolism should also be considered. Please discuss with your physician and watch for signs of shortness of breath and dizziness.
