I've had very bad running nose cough but no fever or any other sysptoms went to er doc said lungs sound good should i b worried bout anything serous?

Possible allergies: Clear runny nose and cough are very common symptoms of allergies. If there is associated sneezing, itchy nose, itchy/watery eyes, then consider seeing an allergist for confirmation and treatment. Cough is also a common symptom of asthma. Asthma and allergies frequently coexist.
