Let the colonoscopy doctor or clinic know; they will decide whether or not to procede. Almost certainly they will require testing for COVID and certainly will delay colonoscopy if you have it.

Most people have conscious sedation when they have a colonoscopy. Whether you are well enough that date to undergo that sedation will depend on how well hydrated you are and how you are feeling. Your anesthesiologist that they will be able to tell you whether you can proceed. If you feel you are too sick to take the colonic preparation the day before, you should contact her doctor.
