Get a ride!: Bus, taxi, friend, family member, relative, subway, train, sure there has to be a way. Generally not recommended to drive after intravenous opiates ("pain medication"), for your own safety as well as the safety of others. May need to wait around for a few hours before discharged but even that could be questionable.
