Exercise & food: What do you eat after exercise? If it full of chemicals and sugar you will likely crash. Avoid sports drinks. Drink water and eat protein. Careful w/fruit. Berries are best because they will trigger less blood sugar. See your doc to make sure all is well medically. Peace and good health.
