CA 125 blood test is not all that reliable for Ovarian Cancer. The reason is that there are many causes for an elivated value. If done during menses, it can be mildly elivated. I would advise you to get the test repeated one time (just once, not anytime more ) and do it from the same lab as the first. Unless the level is more than 50, you can rest in peace.
