Urinary tract infections are rare in men your age. Your symptoms sound quite typical for urinary tract schistosomiasis, a parasitic infestation common in your country, especially men who swim in lakes. Have you been tested and/or treated for it? If not, see a doctor -- many or most will be familiar with schisto. If already in treatment for it, keep working with your doctors. Good luck.

Urinating blood occurs only in severe urinary tract infections. Your symptoms require an exam by a Urologist to find cause. In the meantime drink plenty of water, wear a good support underwear. Hope you feel better
