Im currently 23weeks pregnant as of today nov 22, my lmp is june 8,2022. my 7wk ultrasound crl was 0.99cm and 13wk was 6.68cm are crl gestation age or fetal age? and if possible when would i most likely conceived based on those measurements and date?

If by gestation age you mean the standardized dating we use (which counts from an assumed period two weeks before conception) and by fetal age you mean weeks from actual conception, then the CRL dates are gestation age. Based on 23 weeks on Nov. 22 you conceived around June 27. This is a little later then your LMP suggested, but is not exact and is not necessarily the day you had sex.
