I'm sure you had many areas of your body injured during such an accident. Thankfully these other recurring symptoms don't appear to be serious but some irritability of superficial nerves and other tissues could still be present. I'd give your body some more time for full healing before consulting a neurologist or orthopedic specialist.

I agree with Dr. Colantino. Furthermore, a fractured L3 will not cause any symptom in the upper extremities.

As has been mentioned, it is likely that more injuries occurred to your body than initially appreciated and you will likely stabilize over the next 1-2 months. Physical therapy may allow more rapid compensatory rehabilitation and is highly advised to return to your prior level of functioning.
