Need evaluation: Those are alot of neurologic symptoms. Differential diagnosis range from cervical myelopathy to fibromyalgia. Highly suggest a prompt neurologic evaluation.

A lot of things: Those symptoms are worrisome. See an orthopaedist or neuorologist immediately. May be spinal cord compression in your neck. Get examined quickly.
