A member asked:

Should i ask for another scan? generalised lymphadenopathy (as per haematologist) but nothing bigger than 8mm on ct 6mnths ago. bloods etc all ok at the time. a few more tiny nodes, all firm, can feel about 20,occasional night sweat, weight ok,anxious?

I am not convinced that there is adenopathy if none are larger than 8 mm. This is well within the range of normal nodes at rest. If your hematologist has not indicated there is more to do I would follow their advice.

You can watch and wait. You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
