Were you very scared when you had that procedure done? If YES, you have suffered from acute stress disorder and the symptoms should improve within a month. If NOT, have you received local anesthetic, lidocaine or novocaine, in the past?

Could be anxiety following your procedure, but a week later there should be no residual effect from the anesthetic or procedure.

You had previous trepidations since this was your first root canals. No pain after, or swelling, so relax, everything is normal and have some tea and get some sleep. If this continues consult your PCP for some light medication.
