Heart seems ok: Other thought would be lung related. Are you a smoker? Have you been around lung toxic materials? Eg: asbestos, coal dust, etc. Your doc can help investigate these issues and any others. Good luck.

I had chest pains radiating to my neck and sharp pain in my back. I Had an ECG AND stress test 2D echo one and all were normal. My Troponin level was 413 pg/ml. The Dr here told me it was severe heartburn. Does this sound likely?
