I urinate steadily for 2 minutes(!) then 20 to 30 minutes feel the need to go again. at this time i can still urinate for over a minute. the stream is narrow but mostly continuous. the frequency of this is increasing and some nights i go 3/4 times?

These are signs of prostate enlargement. Pl have your MD or Urologist check you. They will do appropriate investigations and prescribe m3eds to make you urinate more normally. Good luck
