I am 44yrs old, i have severe copd, i can barely walk (needs assistance) have urinary incontinence and i don't like diapers. my problem is i also have a micropenis and no external catheters fit me (too big & long) is there any options i have?

Scheduled voiding every 2-3 h or Foley catheter are options providing no specific treatment is pursued for incontinence. Seeing an urologist may help in clarifying.

There are some pediatric size external catheters and your MD or Urologist should be able to help you . You could also ask your local pharmacist to get them for you . Good luck
