NEUROPATHIC : Your description sounds like neuropathic pain. Give the wise distance in areas ie feet and teeth , it could very well be a vitamin deficiency or diabetes . You need a full exam labs especially TFTS/b12/folate/vitD /Lyme titers. Given your age if everything is normal but symptoms persist I would suggest a brain MRI to evaluate for MS. also go gluten free Wholeapproach.com
