So im having trouble breathing through my nose, i can feel inside my nose and the structure is damaged from due to abusing drugs. is it possible to repair any damage in the nose that stems from drug abuse? im sober now?

The best answer would come from an ENT surgeon who can evaluate the present nasal structure. There are certainly things that can be done, but the amount of relief and how to gain it will depend on what is found.
