I possibly have herniated disc for a year. i have the symptoms but they are little and don't affect my day. if i do some exercises will herniated disc treated? and if i left untreated is dangerous?

Herniated disc is common and it is usually self-limited with or without exercise. However, with appropriate back exercise you may prevent the recurrence.

Many fully ruptured discs, if followed radiologically over 9-10 months in absence of surgery, show desiccation and shrinkage. Specific McKenzie Back Exercises can be learned from a physical therapist and may well be protective against recurrence
