Your too young for an overactive bladder. Possible causes are a UTI infection, nerve damage, medications, alcohol and caffeine causing bladder to overfill. Diabetes and prostate problems, as well as anxiety and stress, could all be causes .Have a complete workup from your PCP.

Try drinking moderate amt of water. Cut down on tea, coffee and stop alcohol and spicy food and constipation. Try to hold the urine for a few minutes longer each time you have the urge and gradually the period will increase. Also try to divert yourself with some activity you like, e.g. music, sports reading etc. You will improve gradually. Good luck
