During one of my consultation with a gynaecologist, tranexamic acid was prescribed for heavy bleeding so also i am to use clomiphene because i'm trying to get pregnant. is it safe to use both drugs together?

There is no problem using both drugs. The clomiphene has a hormonal effect and stimulates ovulation, whereas tranexamic acid is non-hormonal and has a direct effect on bleeding and blood clots
