I was prescribed clomid to get pregnant.the baby had many birth defects such as clubfeet and died.my doc this time prescribed serophene (clomiphene).am afraid?

Get a second opinion: It's your right, and check if pregnant before using serophene, it is contraindicated with pregnancy. Serophene is the same as clomid, both are clomiphene, a drug used to induce ovulation to help get pregnant
