Sudden onset of double vision one eye 2 weeks following c section . onset of severe headache followed and nausea . clear ct aniogram , normal blood results and normal eye exam . told refractive error possible ? is this unusual ? worried?

You should not worry much because the CT angiogram was negative. All the symptoms you describe may occur in ocular or ophthalmic migraine which seems new to you. If those symptoms recur, you should see a neurologist.
