Hi i got my brain tested and they found an abnormality in the frontal lobe of my brain and i have been having short term memory problems and it's getting worse in time so can the abnormality get bigger in size? would it effect my long term memory?

If the area of abnormal brain tissue is a tumor or infection, it can enlarge; and if a vascular mass could theoretically bleed. Best your see a neurosurgeon and obtain more specific information and guidance
