Orthodeoxia: There is a rare condition called "platypnea-orthodeoxia" but i doubt you have it because it's very rare. Here's a reference to it: http://circ.Ahajournals.Org/content/105/6/e47.Full it can be diagnosed or ruled out with an echocardiogram, a simple, non-invasive test.
