Today after taking risek 20 mg(because i was feeling that i may have a gerd issue) i eat food after 15 min during eating i feel that i might vomit i also performed the whole vomiting action but didn't vomit is it due to the medicine?

You may not have classic GERD but may have an esophageal motility disorder. You may have an intolerance to the sodium bicarbonate that risek contains. Try taking a straight PPI like omeprazole or try famotidine for treatment of GERD.
