Ive been constantly coughing anything triggers me coughing. i can walk a short distance or i can eat and start coughing and sometimes i cough so hard that i want to vomit. ive been getting a nasty taste when i cough hard. could it be gerd?

Coughing: It could be reactive airway disease, COVID 19, GERD or other infectious processes. But do you have other GERD symptoms? GERD can worsen asthma symptoms. As stomach acids relux upward, they can be aspirated into the lungs. Aspiration causes coughing.
