Late monday evening i crossed my leg aggressively and hurt my right testicle. started getting pain in my right testicle and thigh. some numbness/burning. no swelling or pain when i urinate. is this a groin pull/strain?

It is a mild contusion of the testicle. Wear a good scrtal support, use local heat and OTC ibuprofen and you will be fine in a few days. Good luck
