Get a referral to a pediatrician for an exam and other testing, as the symptoms described may have a viral infection origin.

It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Her symptoms warrant consulting her pediatrician.. Wish you good health!

One possible infection is infectious mononucleosis and the left upper abdominal discomfort may be caused by an enlarged spleen. Marked fatigue is also a characteristic symptom. Her physician will order any appropriate tests and advise her. If her spleen is enlarged she must avoid any trauma to that area as it can easily rupture.
