My son has been having a fever for 12 days along with bloody snots and clogged nose. he was seen by 2 pediatricians, and said it was urti. is this normal or should i investigate further?

He has prolonged fever which is not typical for a URI. He may have sinusitis or another infection. Scant bleeding that is well controlled is usually associated with minor vessel rupture and inflammation. An evaluation is recommended. Watch for signs of rash, red eyes and swelling.
