Is a consistently clogged nose known to have any correlation with coronavirus? i believe i had a fever or cold last week but it quickly dissipated and didnt seem to be serious. could it be possible that i had covid-19 and got over it quickly?

Possibly or other: You had a self limited illness which may have been due to Coronavirus or another viral illness. Stay home for at least 7 days with no symptoms and monitor your temperature. Drink fluids, rest and report fever to your physician.

It could be possible: People with no symptoms but test comes positive for covid 19. So, testing is the key if you can get one. Otherwise observe yourself for the breathing . If trouble to breath contact to an ER for treatment.
