My fiancee had her breast implants replaced in colombia. on the bottom of her right breast a whole opened and pus started to come out. it was 4 months ago and has reopened 3 times since than. is this life threatning? what can it be?

Purulent exudate (pus) usually indicates an infection. Has she been evaluated by anyone here in the US ? If not, now is the time to do so. Traveling back to Columbia is probably not an option.

It is not life threatening but you need to see a physician as there appears to be an infection that needs to be treated Good Luck
