I had a tv u/s yesterday that showed roughly 4/5 follicles in l ovary and 2-3 in r. md also mentioned 13 mm leading follicle. per md i will probably ovulate. should i expect this 13mm follicle to keep growing? this is not medicated. just a natural cy?

The follicle will collapse when you ovulate so it is unlikely to get much bigger, if at all. This sounds like a normal ultrasound.
