I've 2 follicle in this cycle. one is 19.16mm and another one 8.10mm. according to today's tvs ovulation already happened by 19.16mm follicle. but 8.10mm follicle still exist in left ovary. is there any chance of 2nd ovulation in this cycle?

You need to speak to a women's health care specialist familiar with appropriate medical practices in Bangladesh. Ultrasound evaluation of follicular size is not something commonly done in the US except perhaps by fertility specialists. One ovulation per cycle usually is common, but 2nd follicle may either regress until the next cycle.
