The past 5 days ive been spitting out mucus and feeling mucus draining. when i inhale it feels like my heart flutters and i have to cough. im not sure what to do here or what it could be? no fever or other signs of flu or pneumonia?

Frequently when a person has mucus draining down the back of their throat, it could indicate a sinus infection. Othertimes, when a person is coughing up a lot of mucus, it could indicate bronchitis. Both can be treated with antibiotics after an examination by a Dr. Consult a Dr either in person or via telemedicine for a diagnosis and treatment.
