Ive had chronic thrush like white stuff on the very back of tongue for months. doesnt hurt at all. could this be from my chronic dry mouth? i take multiple medications that cause extreme dryness?

Coated tongue has many causes. Either dry mouth or the antibiotics might be contributing. It's harmless, so no worries -- but you might speak with your doctor about possibly modifying your medications or other ways to reduce the problem. Good luck.
