Does oral thrush hurt/bleed? i have white at the back of my tongue and i use a tongue scraper, but no pain or discomfort.

Maybe/not: You may just have milk or other debris trapped within the tongue surface. Thrush would be painful if active enough to produce bleeding, but would not necessarily hurt if the amount was minimal.
