Alcohol free beer does have some alcohol. Alcohol-free beer = no more than 0.05% ABV. De-alcoholised beer = no more than 0.5% ABV. ETG test may be positive, depending in the sensitivity of the test. It can be positive from using alcohol hand sanitizers. So depeinding on the cut off limit 2-3 beers may produce a positive result.
