100% unless...: The typical urine tox screens are only + if someone is acutely intoxicated. It takes the healthy liver one hour to metabolize 1 standard drink (1 standard drink = 5 oz wine or 12 oz beer). There are a couple more tests, however, which can detect alcohol up to 5-7 days (Urine ethyl glucuronide test) and up to 30 days (Serum phosphatidylethanol test) after consumption.
