Gall bladder pain usually causes colicky pain with nausea vomiting . Try ibuprofen and local heat and if not better get examined by your doc. Good luck

The pain is localized just to my right side on my ribs, like some broke my rib or something. I had my Gallbladder removed on Feb. 2017. I have a hard time with moving and coughing then it feels worse.
Squeezing pain on lower right ribs goes thru to back. Worse when I stand up & start moving. Lasts about 15 secs. No gallbladder. Not heart (tested).
