How to i taper of exsira? im cutting my 100mg in halve at the moment only taking 50mgs. i tried taking a quarter for a week then left it but felt extremely dizzy and nauseous?

Your dose is not a very high dose so I think you can taper it slowly to discontinue in 6 weeks. Just take 50 mg daily for 2 weeks then 1/4 tablet daily for 2 weeks , 1/4 tablet every other day for one week, 1/4 tablet twice a week for one week then stop.
