Yes and yes.: Hi Andrea, So very sorry that you're not feeling well. The Virus that you describe could have effected your inner ear structures called the Labyrinth. When these structures get inflamed ether by a virus or bacteria they cause nausea, dizziness and sometimes difficulty focusing. See a physician to get treatment and shorten this course.
