How can i treat a head bump that has lasted for a month now since i hit my forehead?

The head bump would go down by itself, and not much would change it now. You could try warm compress. The bump is because of bleed, because lots of blood vessels on the head, and the body has deployed cells to the area to remodel but it would take some time for you to see the changes.
